These comfortable open-toe slippers have been designed for those individuals who find it hard to fit into regular slippers.

The slip-on design features a fully opening front, which allows you to simply slip the slippers on or off at your convenience

Covid-19 - We are a family run rural business and all orders are going out as normal

We offer free delivery within the UK

Orders placed after 1.30 pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day (Mon - Fri)

Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day (Mon - Fri)

All UK items are posted Royal Mail second class standard delivery. Delivery can take between 2-4 working days

Other delivery options are available at checkout - DPD, Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked, Royal Mail first class, Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. You can get an estimate from the basket prior to checkout

Royal Mail First Class - £1.99

If you have specifically chosen the Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next day) option the postage costs are based on the approx weight of the package and you can get an estimate from the basket prior to checkout. Delivery will be by 1pm the next working day.

Royal Mail First Class delivery can take between 1-2 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday)

Items not received:

If you have not received your item please check your local sorting office as 99% of the time that’s where they turn up with the postman failing to leave a card. Royal mail do not class an item as missing until 15 working days for the UK and 21 working days for Europe/Rest of the World after despatch. After that time period we will do our best to ensure a happy outcome.

We aim to give a good service, mistakes do happen, we are only human, but communication is the key to a happy sale.

We accept returns for a refund

It is our policy that we do not do exchanges.

Please re-purchase the size you require, this avoids any confusion or disappointment and return the item which you no longer require.  

We will refund your order upon receipt.

You are responsible for the return postage costs. 

If you have a problem with your purchase upon receipt please contact us first before sending sending the item back and we will advise you . Should the product be found to be faulty we do refund return postage costs or may give you a store credit to the value of the postage return costs

Please return the unworn item with the original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund upon receipt of the goods.

Please do not deface the original packaging.

Include your name, address and invoice number. If you do not include any information within the return items will be kept for 3 weeks then discarded.

If you have expressly chosen a certain type of delivery (for instance 24-hour express delivery), although we had offered a common and generally acceptable type of delivery which would have incurred lower delivery costs, you the consumer should bear the difference in costs between these two types of delivery.

If you are returning an item from outside the EU you must fill in a customs declaration indicating that the package contains “returned goods”.

We do not pay customs duty on returned items.
