1. How do I place an order?
Ordering with Jenny-Wren Footwear is nice and easy.
Place your order through this secure site. The most important details you’ll need are your name, address, phone number, email address, and your credit / debit card or paypal details. Simply browse the site, adding the products you want to your bag, by clicking the big green ‘Add to Bag’ button on the products page.
When you’re ready to pay, click the Checkout button, and you’ll be taken to the payment area. You can choose a delivery method here, and then choose which way to pay, either with your credit/debit card or via your paypal account. You will then either fill out your name and address details, or simply login in to your account; you can then pay and finish the order process.
Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm the details of your transaction. Once again check the details. If there are any problems with the order, call 01759 368170.
2. When we I receive my order?
Under normal circumstances your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
UK: Free delivery option is sent via royal mail and will take approx. 2 -3 working days to arrive with you from date of dispatch, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hrs of your order being placed (except Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays) If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch 01759 368170 or Barbara@jennywrenfootwear.co.uk

Overseas: All goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class international Post or via international courier and will normally arrive:
*Europe: 3 - 5 working days*
*The rest of the world: 5 - 7 working days*

3. How much is delivery?
UK: All standard orders will be shipped FREE within the UK.
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm - based on approx. parcel weight, estimated at checkout
Royal Mail First Class - £1.99
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £3.50
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £2.50
DPD Next Working Day - £4.00
DPD Timed Delivery and Weekend Delivery prices at checkout
Rest of the world: All products will be shipped outside of Europe at a total cost of £9.99 per order.
All shipping costs will be calculated and shown separately in your shopping basket.
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they might be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
4. What if my order is out of stock?
We work very hard to keep stocks on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your chosen shoe is out of stock, we will contact as soon as possible for you to pick an alternative shoe/colour, or to cancel your order and have a full refund.
5. Can I exchange/return my shoes?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund.
It is our policy that we do not do exchanges.
Please re-purchase the size you require, this avoids confusion and disappointment and return the item which you no longer require.
We will refund your order upon receipt. You are only responsible for the return postage costs.
Please return unworn item with the original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund upon receipt of the goods.
Please do not deface the original packaging.
Include your name, address and invoice number. If you do not include any information within the return items will be kept for 3 weeks then discarded.

If you have expressly chosen a certain type of delivery (for instance 24-hour express delivery), although we had offered a common and generally acceptable type of delivery which would have incurred lower delivery costs, you the consumer should bear the difference in costs between these two types of delivery.
If you are returning an item from outside the EU you must fill in a customs declaration indicating that the package contains “returned goods”.
We do not pay customs duty on returned items.

6. How do I return a faulty item?

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately before sending them back. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for return P&P refund.
7. Is it safe to order online?
Our customers have complete protection. We use a 100% secure encrypted server to look after your personal information and online payments. All of our customers' details remain private and confidential. We do not collect or disclose information without your knowledge or approval. We do not share your email address or any other details with third parties.
