All UK items are posted Royal Mail first class standard delivery unless you have specifically chosen the Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next day) option.
Royal Mail Standard delivery can take between 1-2 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Royal Mail Special delivery 1pm is delivery by 1pm the next working day from dispatch (Monday to Friday)
If you have specifically chosen the Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next day) option the postage costs are based on the approx weight of the package and you can get an estimate from the basket prior to checkout.
A courier maybe used for larger orders.

European/Worldwide items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and the cost of the postage is caluclated on the approx weight of the package at checkout
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to Europe and 7-20 working days for the Rest of the World
You are responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.We do not have any control or can not be held responsible for these charges.

Items not received:
If you have not received your item please check your local sorting office as 99% of the time that’s where they turn up with the postman failing to leave a card. Royal mail do not class an item as missing until 15 working days for the UK and 21 working days for Europe/Rest of the World after despatch. After that time period we will do our best to ensure a happy outcome.
