We understand that the Royal Mail and couriers are struggling at the moment and so deliveries are taking a bit longer to be delivered. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could please be patient.
We offer free delivery within the UK
Orders placed after 1.30 pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day (Mon - Fri)
Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day (Mon - Fri)
All UK items are posted Royal Mail second class standard delivery unless you have specifically chosen the Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next day) option.
Other delivery options are available at checkout - DPD, Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked, Royal Mail first class, Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. You can get an estimate from your basket prior to checkout

DPD Next Working Day - £4.25
Royal Mail Standard delivery can take between 2-4 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Royal Mail First Class delivery can take between 1-2 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Royal Mail Special delivery 1pm is delivery by 1pm the next working day from dispatch (Monday to Friday)
If you have specifically chosen the Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next day) option the postage costs are based on the approx weight of the package and you can get an estimate from the basket prior to checkout.
A courier maybe used for larger orders at our discretion.

European/Worldwide items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and the cost of the postage is calculated on the approx weight of the package at checkout
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to Europe and 7-20 working days for the Rest of the World

We will usually dispatch the same day or within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Courier & Postal Deliveries Please note if an instruction is given to leave any order with a signature required or no signature required 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signature the couriers/royal mail insurance is invalidated. Jenny-Wren Footwear cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
Items not received:
If you have not received your item please check your local sorting office as 99% of the time that’s where they turn up with the postman failing to leave a card. Royal mail do not class an item as missing until 15 working days for the UK and 21 working days for Europe/Rest of the World after despatch. After that time period we will do our best to ensure a happy outcome.
