All UK items are posted Royal Mail first class standard delivery. Delivery can take between 1-2 working days

If you have specifically chosen the Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next day) option the postage costs are based on the approx weight of the package and you can get an estimate from the basket prior to checkout. Delivery will be by 1pm then next working day.

Items not received:

If you have not received your item please check your local sorting office as 99% of the time that’s where they turn up with the postman failing to leave a card. Royal mail do not class an item as missing until 15 working days for the UK and 21 working days for Europe/Rest of the World after despatch. After that time period we will do our best to ensure a happy outcome.
